Cisco 7962G IP Phone Description:
Based on the Cisco 7961G, the Cisco 7962G is an upgraded phone with new key features. The 7962G offers support for high-fidelity wideband audio for IP based calls. In addition, the 7962G offers support for the Internet Low Bitrate Codec (ILBC) for networks with limited bandwith. A newer, higher resolution screen is now also standard in the CP-7962G compared to the phone's predecessors.
The Cisco 7962G offers six programmable line or feature keys along with an additional four soft keys for additional functions and menu navigation. An integrated 10/100 Ethernet switch allows the phone to share the same network drop as your computer.
